ElenaCall provides AI-powered adult voice entertainment for consenting adults. The Service is intended solely for entertainment purposes. All personas, characters, and voices are artificial intelligence constructs and do not represent real individuals.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we have reason to believe you are under 18.
The Service offers a free trial period followed by paid sessions. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the services you request. All charges are clearly displayed before processing.
Completed sessions are non-refundable. Once a voice session has been initiated and connected, the corresponding charge is final regardless of session duration or early termination by the user.
Technical failure refunds. If a session fails to connect due to a verified technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of the charge for that session. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the failed session, including the date and approximate time. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Unused credits. Credits purchased but not yet used are non-refundable in cash. They remain valid on your account for 6 months from the date of purchase, after which they expire automatically with no compensation.
Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting our billing support, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and contest the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us first — we resolve legitimate disputes quickly.
Subscription / recurring charges. The Service does not offer automatic recurring subscriptions. Each session charge requires explicit user action. You will never be charged without your consent.
User accounts that have been inactive for 6 consecutive months are automatically and permanently deleted. Inactivity is defined as no sign-in or voice session during that period. Upon deletion:
Users who have forgotten their password cannot recover their account. A new account must be created.
With your explicit consent, we store a payment token — a randomized reference provided by our payment processor — to enable one-tap recharges. No full card numbers, CVV, or expiry dates are stored on our servers. You may request removal at any time by contacting [email protected].
We may also store an anonymous conversation summary linked to your session token to enable Elena to remember your preferences across sessions. This summary contains no sensitive personal data and no voice recordings. You may request deletion of your conversation memory at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElenaCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
